M/s IAMPL is a joint venture between M/s Hindustan Aeronautics Limited & M/s Rolls Royce (UK).This project is to be developed over an area of 5 Acres for creating a state-of-the-art facility for machining ring forgings into shrouds (seals) and cones to be used within Rolls Royce Civil Gas Turbines, more commonly known as jet engines. The facility will manufacture in excess of 130 different parts which will be used across the existing range of Rolls Royce Civil Engines.
SYConE is appointed as the Architectural, Engineering and Project Management Consultant for this project.

Project: Expansion of infrastructure facility
For over a year now, SYConE has been partnering with GE in their ambitious plans to expand their facilities for manufacturing world-class affordable medical equipments. SYConE has been awarded contact for expansion of their existing infrastructure facilities.
SYConE’s scope of services includes detailed Design, Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Canteen and related structures.
Client: Bihar State Housing Board
Location: Bahadurpur - Patna, Bihar, India
Type of Structure: Residential Building having 14 Towers with G + 19 floors in each tower.
It is the tallest building in the State of Bihar having 14 towers of G + 19 with 1600 dwelling units, Retail Complexes, Health Centre, School and Sports complex. It is built over an area of 2 Million sft.
SYConE’s scope includes detailed MEP Engineering, assisting in the procurement process for Electrical, Public Health Engineering and setting up of Fire Protection services.
